With nearly 25000Ha from Chablis to the south of  Mâcon, the wine region of Burgundy is blessed from god.

Every thing starts at theère tertiaire  when the Saône rivers banks felt down from the north to the south, thus creating the hills of very good clay and cray slopes, which get the sun early in the morning.
